As a first time mom, I was overwhelmed by how much information was out there about what you should and shouldn't do while pregnant. I found it very calming to speak with Nadia about food and pregnancy in general. She was able to suggest a lot of specific foods, smoothies, and meals that would be good for me and the baby as well as a prenatal supplement that I'm still taking as I breastfeed my little one! “I am so glad I had a prenatal nutrition session with Nadia. First, it’s wild to me that our doctors/midwives send us on our way without spending some amount of time going over our diets and nutrition. And it’s one of the most fundamental times in your life to be concerned about nutrition (same goes with nursing). And yet, we are left with google and some pregnancy books that are outdated or give brief info. Nadia had me keep track of the food and supplements I was consuming, with that she did an in-depth analysis of where I was doing great and where my diet needed more support. “Umsögn: Ég var mjög ánægð með ráðgjöfina hjá Nadíu. Hún hlustaði vel á mig, það var mjög þægilegt að tala við hana og hún einstaklega hlý í samskiptum. Hún er mjög fróð um næringu barna og barnshafandi kvenna sem og mæðra með barn á brjósti. Mér fannst ég geta treyst ráðleggingum hennar vel.
